Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or payment record).
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
The item was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident by the customer.
The item was used or not returned in its original condition.
You are unable to provide proof of purchase.
The return is requested after 30 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or was defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photo evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
